What do you expect from 10X as your partner?

1. Confidential Information: Includes all business plans, product development, software code, methodologies, partner/prospect information, and any information disclosed as part of the partnership. 2. Obligations: Receiving Party will maintain confidentiality, limit disclosure to authorized personnel, and use information solely for evaluating and executing partnership. 3. Limitations: No commercial use or third-party sharing without prior written consent. 4. Legal Compliance: Required disclosures by law must be communicated to 10X prior to disclosure. 5. Employment Restrictions: No solicitation or hiring of each other's employees involved in the partnership for one year after termination. 6. Termination: Confidential Information must be destroyed upon termination or expiry unless legally required to retain. 7. Governing Law: Laws of UAE apply; exclusive jurisdiction of Sultanate of Oman Courts. Full NDA text is available upon request and forms an integral part of this application.
